What does the Unlimited plan include?
Our unlimited plan includes unlimited inbound calls and unlimited outbound calls to all UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 and most 07 numbers. International calls to the following countries are included as standard USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Can I mix plans across the business?
Yes, you can manage your user subscription plans in our apps. Any changes you make go live instantly.
Can you port existing numbers across?
Yes, most of the time. Simply provide us with your existing phone number during your sign up and we'll double check it for you.
How does the 7 day free trial work?
Our 7 day free trial allows you to try out all of our powerful features completely free of charge. You will be able to make and receive calls to any phone numbers that are included in our Unlimited plan.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract with CircleLoop. If you do choose to cancel your account, you’ll be responsible for any charges incurred for that billing period, but you won’t be charged again.
How do I continue at the end of my trial?
Simply add payment card details to your account in our desktop or web applications. We’ll send you a reminder when your trial is about to end.
