Going around the houses with business phone line providers

As a letting agent who deals with landlords across the country, it was paramount that Bunk have the means for direct communication, therefore finding a high-quality business phone system that delivers was very important.

The majority of quotes were in the excess of £3,000 per annum and all included large set-up fees and a minimum of 12 months and we began to think that this was the go-to pricing and requirements for requiring a new phone system.

Moving beyond contracts

In addition, the ability to record calls and download within CircleLoop means I can continue to provide my team with training and give them pointers and advice on how they can improve.

Campaign Measurement

Setting up a specific number per campaign and then interrogating CircleLoop’s Call activity Analytics allowed Bunk to discover how many calls individual campaigns have achieved.
