About A Digital…
A Digital is an award-winning digital agency based in the Lake District, working with clients to maximise the impact of their website on their marketing, internal processes, and wider use of technology. It provides services like bespoke web design, web development, and strategic digital marketing to clients in the UK and across Europe.
Before the pandemic, A Digital was an office-based team of six using a traditional office-based phone system, and although functional, they were stuck with older technology and reliant on external engineers to set up new handsets and manage the maintenance of the system. They also felt that they were missing out on simple features that could be configured themselves, features like voicemail transcription, simple menu structuring and call routing.
When the COVID-19 restrictions came in, the team at A Digital found themselves in need of a more flexible system - a cloud-based VOIP solution that would allow team members to receive calls from clients and new business opportunities while they were away from the office.
A self-service solution
It was important to A Digital that their phone system was a self-service tool and simple to use, and because CircleLoop provides complete control and 50+ easy-to-leverage features, it was the perfect fit for A Digital.

And not only that, to enable greater security on the systems and services they use that require two-factor authentication.
As A Digital is a technology-based business, they wanted to practice what they preach in terms of how they use technology themselves. And so because the way in which people spend time throughout their working week has been impacted (and inevitably will continue to evolve), it was important that there was flexibility with functionality, such as setting working hours, automated voicemail and the freedom to take calls from anywhere, features that are not only hugely beneficial in terms of productivity and professionalism, but are also signs of a forward thinking business that's open and ready to take whatever comes next.
